Hello from DC! I recently transitioned to be the MIDAS Communications Lead, as Darrin Watkins has moved to a CED role in Victoria, Texas. We on the MIDAS team wish him well in his new role and appreciate his dedication and effort to MIDAS over the past few years.
I have been with MIDAS since June 2010 as a Business Process Owner (BPO). Prior to my appointment, I was the CED in Terrell County, Dawson, GA. I am excited for the opportunity to step into this new role as we approach the future MIDAS releases! A lot of great new features are in store.
The MIDAS team has been busy gearing up for the Business Partner release. As the Communications Lead, I serve as the main POC for all internal FSA and external MIDAS stakeholders. I strongly encourage you to take a look around the MIDAS website and reach out to our team through our AskMIDAS system with any and all feedback and questions. FSA employees can use the MIDAS USDA Connect Community (e-Auth Level 2 required) to receive the latest MIDAS information. We will be updating the MIDAS website and USDA Connect frequently as we get closer to Go-Live, so stay tuned!
