Our team has been busy blueprinting, developing and testing all of the new functionality that will be available in the Business Partner release in MIDAS CRM coming later this year. Some of the exciting changes will be:
- Business Partner (BP) will become the system of entry and record
- Farm Loan Program (FLP) staff will increase their access to MIDAS, by increasing FLP employees access to MIDAS
- Social Security Number (SSN) Family will allow customers the flexibility of having one Individual SSN and link to an LLC or Revocable Trust (using the same SSN), thus creating a family
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) validation will work automatically with IRS to validate customer SSNs or EINs
- Address data will be validated with the congressional code being automatically set based on the validated address
- Duplicate records check will be an automated notification to the user; merge process will be completed by STO
- Key Field Change Request will be an automated form within BP that will allow the user to request the update of restricted field data by the STO in a workflow form
- Additional attachments will be allowed for select, specified documents for new multi-county customers
We encourage users to be proactive by ensuring that current and complete customer names, addresses and data are loaded in SCIMS. We are excited to bring the field the above new functionality and look forward to sharing more information as we advance to Go-Live.
